Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
